Any recommend sw for HDD comparison ??

Hi All,

I'd like to compare the contents of hard disks, to compare MD5 or CRC checksum for partition or whole HDD. Is is any recommended utilities I can use?
My OS is Win Vista. Thanks in advance.

I'm not recommending a single programme as I have never used any so I can't vouch for them.
