there is one I currently am learning will have to get it too you tommorow.  Chicken nuggets 1 cup of total, Boneless chicken, 1/2 teaspoon of salt,1/4 teaspoon of peper, 2 table spoons of parmesan cheese (optinol)

Break the total into a powder coating an mix the salt, peper an parmesan then add the chicken an coat it.  Place in microwave for 3 min on high, if needed rotate dish for 1 more minute.

      Sauce:

      1 teaspoon of sugar
      4 ketchup
      3 table spoons of worchester

      Mix an enjoy

You could also do it in the oven for 5 min on about 250 F.  It was made for a microwave though.

its optional, you'll taste a big difference in the two.  Mc D is reprossed chicken like they do with pringles there chips from others that are rebacked severly.

I've never considered anything 'cooked' in a microwave to be real cooking. Any fool can press a few buttons. I appreciate your nuggets probably taste great squall but I would oven cook them.  ;)

I know but they always make me feel guilty. Did America get 'supersize me' on T.v?
