I have taken it upon myself to be the bigger man. I now let him tread where he pleases and just ignore him. Apart from the one where I answered.  ;D

random mad face for no reason since there has been nothing in this thread to provoke me using the mad face smiley.

However it seems to be a trend in this thread to use emoticons for no reason and I haven't followed enough of trends lately.

I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

If you want some good fried rice Ivy try this:

Use rice with a fairly firm texture ideally, the raw rice should be soaked in water for a short time before cooking.

    Ingrediants

This will probably serve four depending on how hungry you are,

    3 eggs
    5ml/1 tsp salt
30-45ml/2-3 tbsp vegetable oil preferably olive if you can
450g/1lb cooked rice (make sure its cold)
    2 spring onions, finally chopped
115g/4oz frozen peas if you like them.

    • In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and a few pieces of the spring onions
    • Heat the oil in a preheated wok and lightly scramble the eggs
    • Add the cooked rice (cold) make sure the wok is hot and stir in to make sure that each grain of rice is seperated. Add some more salt, the remaining spring onions and peas if you wish. Heat through then serve
