Norton Antivirus emptied
« on: August 01, 2009, 06:32:11 PM »
My Norton Antivirus file is a white screen :o.  So I bought Zonelab Antivirals and spyware and uninstalled Symantec/Norton, BUT, at start up, Zone says Norton still there and I must override to get Zonelab running.  How do I get Norton out of my register?  Zonelab says it is Malware and won't open(Thank heaven).  But how do I get rid of this thing :'(?  I am running Windows Vista, Control panel shows no Norton but the blank file is still on my right click.  Any suggestions for a very beginner?
