Add/Remove program errors?

I have windows 2000 pro.
When I go to add/remove programs under currently installed programs it says there are none installed. Then it gets confusing, though it says there are none, I scroll down and the list of programs is there but I cant change or remove them, the options are totally unavailable.

What can I do to fix this?
Please help me.
