Acer Aspire One Linux Connection Problem

Hello...I hope that someone can please help me...I have an Acer One Netbook that is running Linux.  I set up my wireless connection (says its at 100%) also running other computers on...Cannot run live update or open web pages.   UGH....ready to toss it out the second story window...

I know very little about Linux for support, but I do know that if you send it flying the odds of fixing it are a reversed function.  Hang on and see what develops.
