zero disk space ---could it be a virus???

My dilemna:  I have no disk space left.  My OS is Windows XP Pro.  I keep deleting programs and files and every time I do, instead of gaining space, I lose more space and now I am down to ZERO. Can anybody advise me?  I think that I may have a virus on my system. FYI ...I am copying the processes from my Task Manager window; detailed below:

Thank you for the link to remedy the problem, however, along with the fact that I have Zero disk space, is the fact that; I cannot even get onto the Internet in order to attempt to get into the link that you provided.  Every time I try to bring up Internet Explorer, the page disappears!  Does this mean there is no hope for me?  Does this mean that the computer has crashed?  I was hoping to be able to delete one or more of the .exe files from the processes tab in the system in order to be able to gain enough disk space for me to be able to get onto the Internet.  Thank you....C

Try Disk cleanup....here you can also remove all but the most recent checkpoint in System Restore, freeing up some space

Start>programs>accessories>system tools>disk cleanup>more options>System Restore cleanup.

You may also download the antimalware programs to a USB stick and transfer them to your PC and run the scans, you may have picked something up in your travels.

,  load and run on it's own takes up little room and take out any thing that comes up , then try something

else from my other post

if they are no good go to tools ( top right ) , internet options , advanced , reset internet explorer settings ,

click ok on pop-up , and read before going on

this will take windows back to factory settings but take nothing out you need

 I have two computers.  We willl call one of them "good" and the other one "bad."  On the "bad" one, I get my e-mails through Outlook Express 6.  On the "good" one, I get my e-mails through Microsoft Outlook.  Can I download Outlook Express 6 onto my "good" computer so tat I can import all my e-mails into one account?
