    Format and install Windows on PC without disc

    Is there anyway where one can format a PC and then install Windows in it without the use of disc at all?

    Do you not have an installation disk?   If you own a valid key, you can probably get a disk for fairly cheap....

    You could also, build your own XP installation disk, assuming that your Operating System Files are sound...  http://www.howtohaven.com/system/createwindowssetupdisk.shtml

    You have to have the software copied somewhere to show where to install from.
