My bets on a malware infection....

As I suspected, you are in serious trouble with this infection and a reformat is most likely.

You have reader_s.exe, a variation of Virut, which is one of the worst viruses out there......Evilfantasy will confirm this .......

I decided to reinstall windows. Is there any page to download the Windows installation cd or I should just go and buy it? And what else do I need, Sound driver CDs and stuff?

If the machine is fully liscensed you can borrow a CD and do a clean install...
The version installed originally and Service Packs  have to match though...

        Much cheaper than buying it.

You should travel to the manuf. site and assemble and DLoad all the drivers before you proceed...

          All of them...
          MBoard Chipset.
          Video.
          Sound.
          Network Controller.
          etc.

Whatever the machine has in it...
