HP ALL IN ONE, ALIGNING CARTRIDGES ERROR
    « on: August 24, 2009, 03:14:20 AM »
I have an HP C4280 which has suddenly decided not to print.  When I try to print anything, I first get a message that it is aligning cartridges.  It then prints out an "alignment page," tells me to place the page on the scanner and press OK.  It then says it is scanning the page, and next it says "alignment page not detected."  I'm using Windows XP Home.  Thank you for your help.   ???

Have you tried uninstalling the ALL IN ONE printer/scanner driver an reinstalling?

Thank you for the suggestion.  I still have the same error messages, but everything is working now.   :)
