XBOX 360 + Computer to Computer Monitor + Audio help

I want to setup my xbox 360 and my computer to my computer's monitor. Also, I want to Join the audio of the computer and the XBOX so that it comes out the same speaker without manually switching. Heres a diagram of what I think it would be:

I don't know any of the names for this stuff so if they could be listed to that would be great. Thanks a ton once again COMPUTER HOPE PEEPS.

you have to manually switch no other choice
not unless you want quiet sound and or risk damaging something

Well, I know that there is a KVM switch like this one

This takes the VGA of the PC and 360 and puts it into the monitor. But, IDK what the PC's VGA to VGA is called. As for the audio, I need to know what joiners I need to get because they are different types. BTW, I know this is all possible. But, after all the research I've done, I can't figure out what to buy.
