    I suggest installing (or RE-installing) the latest iTunes (download it directly from the Apple website). Reboot. Open iTunes and plug the iPod into the computer. Wait a minute or two. Does iTunes now show the iPod?

    One more question, how to I transfer the video from Itunes to my Ipod? I tried transfer, but nothing shows up in the video menu of my ipod....

    Sync videos the same way you sync music.
