Hi (first time poster so go easy on me!)
So I bought this game from Amazon and installed it last night. It worked fine, I created a family, moved them in to a house, played for a few hours. Then I wanted to evict them so I could put them in to a bigger house. A message came up saying "error cannot evict". So I decided to go and create a new family, I saved them and went to buy a new house but the family don't appear and when I go back to look at the families I've created...the new ones aren't there!
I don't understand as it was working after I installed it.
I have uninstalled and re-installed it but that hasn't worked. I have also checked that I have all the system requirements. And the disks are not damaged or scratched in the slightest.
