I use Qwest/MSN Premium as my ISP. The Welcome screen (where I log in) is blank. I can still log on with IE, Firefox or Windows Live. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSN and still have the same problem. When I "Restore" XP to an earlier date, I can't log on with any browser. Ideas?
