HP screen problem

hello friends

HP screen 19" PC, displying a small dialog box of screen settings every 15-20 mints and sometimes at the top right/left corner and starts moving gradually, sometimes at the screen center and keep moving around slwoly,
it's very annoying, how to rid off such errors?

if you hook your monitor to another computer does it still happen?

you can also look at the monitor settings buttons and see if any are stuck in the press postion
