Screen Freeze in every single game

I hope someone could help me. Its been months and i still cant solve this problem.

The problem is that every time i play an online game or a game for example Counter strike condition zero or warcraft 3 my screen freezes sometimes i still hear  the background music playing but sometimes the whole thing just freezes. Could any one please help...and if u would like me to check my comp specs how do i do that ?

It sounds like you may be over-heating. Can you tell us your specs hardware etc. Is this a PC or laptop? And are you meeting the minimum specs for the games said?
Let us know and we can move from there.

Yes im sure that my comp meets the at least the minimum requirements

No worries when it comes to being a newbie! 

Can you purchase some compressed air and blow out the dust from you components inside the case?
Do NOT touch anything inside with bare hands as you can damage them with static charge.
