Hi All,  What a lovely day.
I am on vista and my email address is blueyonder.co.uk
When i open an email i can never see the images and pictures. I used to go to the bottom of the email and click 'display external images' and they used to appear but since i did an update on the PC I can no longer get any images.
Can anyone advise me what to do please?

Ok can you tell us what the update was? What antivirus/firewall you are using, the internet browser e.g Internet explorer/firefox and what version of Vista it is.  :)

Temporarily disable the Norton firewall and see if that does it...

yes it is internet explorer ...
So, you use Internet Explorer to view your email?  I think this still needs confirmation.

If they are using an email client, why would you ask what browser they are using?

We still don't know whether she uses and email client for POP3 mail or whether she uses a web browser for webmail.
