    The FestivalHLDiphone.dll file can't register

     ??? I have very important software. It can install in other computer (Intel pentium III win XP,). But not in my computer(Intel Celeron IV 2.26GHz Win XP). The error message is "Module C:\festival\festival\win32\FestivalHLDiphone.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024770. Contact your support personal". Link to the .DLL file is http://wedagedara.zxq.net/FestivalHLDiphone.rar .Link to full software is http://www.ucsc.cmb.ac.lk/ltrl/projects/si/enduser.htm .Please can any one repair this .DLL file for me. :P

    A little more info would be nice.

    Are the version of XP the same? Are you up to date on all your drivers? What does the software do? Is it a auto phone system? Have you tried to manually register the DLL?

      Yes the same operating system. The other computer don't have even an Internet connection. The software is fine work in it. The software is a Text to speech (Install a new voice to the computer that can talk in my language.) I have try to manually register but it doesn't register. (You can try to install the software. links are given It is in English). Is the problem is Celeron processor.  And thanks to try to help me.

        Have you tried following the advice given in the error message to Contact your support personal?   The UCSC page linked by you contains a Contact Us link.

          It is very difficult. Because this is a free ware. I have tried 17+ times.
