    OE spell check
    « on: October 17, 2009, 12:21:45 PM »
Whenever I use the spell check on Outlook Express, it opens up to a box trying to send me to Microsoft "Picture It".  Could it have something to do with me updating to Microsoft Office 2007?  How can I redirect the spell check to the proper function?  Any ideas would be appreciated.

I haven't used OE for a couple of years, and it may have been updated, but it didn't used to have spell check built into it.  It used the spell check in Word.  If you didn't have Word spell check in OE didn't work.

Instead of picture it try to redirect it to Word.

I've tried to redirect but can't seem to figure out how.  But thanks for that link, Soybean.  I'll definately try that later on when I get a chance and see how it works.

If that doesn't work, here's another option: Spell Checker For OE

Soy, nice link.  I wish I would have known about it when I was using OE.
