    OUTLOOK query
    « on: October 19, 2009, 01:12:44 PM »
I would like MS Outlook to show the progress / error report panel whenever I do a send / receive.   It used to do this but has stopped.   I have searched just about every obvious option in the menus and used the Help to try to find where you set it to display but can not find it.   Can anyone advise please?

Do you have the status bar enabled?

Yes - you get a little message on the status bar saying whether there are errors - but what I was after was the big panel that shows the progress and the detail of the errors.

You can click on that error message and show the details each time, but I don't know that it can be permanently open. I'm not saying it can't be done, but I've been using Outlook since it was first introduced (every version) and never saw that.
