Just received a new computer from a neighbor.   It has no software installed at all.  What's best way to get it up and running?

Do you mean software or Operating system?
Windows 8 and Windows 10 dual boot with two SSD's

I bought new equipment starting with MB, processor, ram, and NVME Hard drive.  Just using a power supply I already had.
