windows 200 and windows xp dual boot

when i installed my windows xp, i didn't delete my previous windows, windows 2000. and i have no clue how to unistall windows 2000. i'm a total noob and i don't know how to format partitions and stuff, so if someone could help me , that would be great

Win2k and WinXP are similar. Open C,find the 2000 folder and delete it. But if it ain't broke,don't fix it. If it is set up for dual boot,reformat the drive after fdisk and do a clean install of XP. Delete all your Temp files,Cookies, Temp. Internet Files first. This site has good step by step sites on the howto's of fdisk and formatting and setting partitions. Also try www.duxcw.com, under Howto.
