How do you get into a computer that BOIS password requirement

Can't get into my computer all of sudden it is asking for a password have tried to format but it must be locked up in the BOIS and being a notebook can't get to the BOIS battery to reset it. any clues?

try to look for the reset button.
theres always small pin hole with it.

or sometimes theres a backdoor for it. what is your notebook brand?

Yeah there are a lot of really smart people here that love to help others. of course these smart people read the forum rules and know that this site doesn't help to bypass, crack, hack, or reset passwords.

There is no way that we can know if a claim of forgotten/lost password is a legitimate claim or if some one is trying to do something they shouldn't so that kind of help isn't given.

In the case of Laptop/Netbooks the only way to do this properly is to take it to a factory authorised service center...
