Hi I know you guys will give me grief so try to be gentle I'm a first time fixer.
Pretty much my computer wont go past the boot phase where it reads that I have a master drive and slave secondary master and slave. But it wont go past that. I decided to just try reinstalling my windows but I want to get my files before I do. But when I plug it in to and external it says I cant access my files cause it was password protected as a Administrator. Is there anyway I can get my music and pictures out of there with it being a slave or anyway I can get the Windows to finish booting so that I can get my info out? Pls Help Me
