transfer photos from email to iphoto

I hope someone can help me with what is probably the easiest thing in the world!  I am a complete computer illiterate!  I got some photos in an email.  They have a DSC, then #, then JPG.  How do I move them from the email to my iphoto?  What I need is for someone to list:  1.  (do this)  2.  (do this)  Even if it takes more steps than using a "thinking" process, I need the easier 1, 2, 3 steps.  I hope this makes sense?  Thank you SOOO much, Kathy

Do you know how to transfer photos from your computer to your iphoto? If so, the simple explanation is just right click on the photo or attachment and save it to your computer, then transfer them to your iphoto.
