    im going through the steps on the malware help forum and in running ccleaner it says to keep any cookies that I want... are there any that I should definitely keep?

    If you delete all the cookies, you will have to sign in to any forum (such as this one) that are currently signed into. Keep the cookies for those forum/sites where you have to log in. Cookies just let you connect to sites more quickly.
