I am using my computer as a standalone computer. I will never be connected to a network. Can I improve my internet connection in Windows 7 by uninstalling unneeded protocols like File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks? What about the other protocols ie: QOS Packet Scheduler, IP/V6, Link Layer topoplogy Discovery Mapper I/O Driver, Link Layer Discovery Responder.
