Hello everyone. I have an HP desktop with Vista OS. 250 HD, 4GB Ram. The problem I have is that the only account that can be accessed is my account, I'm the acct Mgr. No one else can access the internet on their account. I have tried a lot of things. Is there anyway for me to reformat my PC is or is that a no no? Thanks for any help.

If your account doesn't have admin rights, then no, you won't be able to alter any settings to other users' accounts.

Your best bet is to contact whoever has an admin account on that computer and have him/her change those settings.

Part of the problem is most people don't generally deal with computer problems. So for most they think that close enough is good enough.
