    quit asking for homework help without giving any information about what you have so far.

    First, google can help provide some base references on nearly anything; including the differences between windows 9x and windows NT in many areas. Once you've done some base research, come back with what you've found, mention a few things you've discovered, and we can help confirm or correct them for you as necessary.
    I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.
