YOUR SYSTEM IS INFECTED! - able to get log file but no internet and no safe mode

Dear experts,
My computer has serious virus/malware issues.
I cannot get this "YOUR SYSTEM IS INFECTED!" message to go away.
And my internet is not working and I cannot log into windows in safe mode.
I tried following other threads where people were having similar problems, but I think my issue is unique.
I have Spybot and HijackThis installed and ready to follow your guidelines.
I'm attaching my log obtained from HijackThis.
Please help me to rescue my computer!

p.s. I'm using a different computer to post the log and got the files via USB memory stick.
