    computer is running slow and freezing

    my coputer is running very slow and sometimes freezing i hav done all the defragment a couple of times but it has made no diffrence  ??? can anyone help plz

    First step is to run a full scan with BOTH your AV and MalwareBytes. Let's see where we are after that.

    also try checking the disk for errors.

    right click on your hdd
    click properties
    select the tools tab
    click check disk

    this won't solve your problem but it can solve some possibly

      You can do lots of things to speed your computer up.

      1. Defragment your system disk once a month.

      2. Increase the RAM so that you can avoid some errors.

      3. Cleanup registry problems regularly.

      4. Update device drivers.
