Canon Printer offline every morning

We have this imagerunner 2016 that shows offline on each of our desktops when we come into work each morning. We have resorted to unplugging for 10 minutes and that usually does the trick.  The printer goes into energy saving mode after 5 minutes and is left on overnight. From what i can gather, the IP Address it shows on my computer is 10.20.20.114 and on the printer itself it says IP address > AUTO DHCP..

Could this have something to do with being left on overnight, and if we did turn the fax printer off after work, would we still recieve faxes sent to us overnight?

Power saver settings can be changed. Talk to your network admin and they can change the way the machine works.
