Looks as if the video streaming is one of the few fixes in the 3.1.2 update.

have you tried going thru the settings and enabling "restrictions" and then have it not allow youtube to see if that would solve the problem of the app opening

It just prevents the playback of youtube videos altogether.

Oh well, it doesn't matter. I don't have a problem with the app.
