Windows Live or something??

Hello. for the past 3 days something would auto open window live chats on my friends list and send a link to them and then close the chat fast.. I can see it open and close.. i asked my friend if i sent them a link and he sent a pic of it.. Why is it doing this? My friend said the link was a key logger.. How do i remove it?
