February 28, 2001 - EA.com, a subsidiary of Electronic Arts today announced the acquisition of pogo.com Inc., the leading online family games service with nearly 17 million registered members. Because of the high number of hours that fans spend on the site each month, several leading research firms have named pogo.com the stickiest site on the web in 2000. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
