Why does my computer say NVRAM cleared by jumper?

Once this message is displayed, turn off the computer and place that jumper back to its original position. If you are unaware of where the NVRAM (non-volatile random-access memory) or CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) clear jumper is on your motherboard, refer to your motherboard's documentation.
