  2. Alternatively referred to as teleport, warp is a term used to describe the process of advancing from one location to another location. For example, in a computer game a player may warp from one part of the world to another part of the world without having to walk.
  3. This term is also used to describe a player who has a high ping and their character appears to vanish and reappear every once in awhile because of packet loss.
