    I'm stuck on  setting up cmos & bios to the defaut settings. And cmos battery is low too. Doesn't reconizes the floppy or cd drive.  I keep on  booting  my system. Nothing changes! Is there some thing got changed or I changed ??? I'm baffled!!! (its a tandy 486  I think its windows 98  not sure ! Can't get any farther to tell. Please Help!!! Thanks

      I look for the battery ! I can't one any where on the mother board!

              a pc old enough to use a 486 cpu may well have an external battery like this

                I went all through the mother board couldn't find nothing looking like that !
                there has to be one . where???some thing that has word batt on it.
