Make sure the on/off switch on front of the computer is correctly seated to the jumpers on the motherboard. You might have jarred the connection when cleaning it. Bring the computer into another room and use one of those power outlets. The outlet you're using may not be outputting proper voltage.
If no joy so far, swap in a power supply of equal or greater wattage. You'll have to hunt one down. Once you do that and the computer will still not power on, then you'll need a new motherboard.
