I have spelled coffee on the unit wile i was working at it!!!! even it is dry now the sugar makes bridges between components what should i use to wash the motherboard ??I was told some sort of metan alcohol Will be the best !!

That would be a start but don't be foolish. Do it gently, let it air dry.
