The laptop still runs a disk check every time I boot up, this may not be related at all but do you have any suggestions how to disable it?
What do you mean by disk check. The only time it usually runs a chkdsk is when it has been shut down by a power failure or someone hitting the off button.I think i may have a corrupted adobe photoshop file on my C drive, might this be related?
Anything is possible when dealing with malware. The only way to make sure is to run MBAM, full scan and post the logs here.SUPERAntiSpyware
