i forgot my password!

i was making two accounts , one for me and one for my sister , i set myself as the administrator (the person in charge) and changed my password .  i then made my lil sisters 1 and i went to log in on my old one . but when i typed my new password in and it didnt work . so i typed in my old one and that didnt work ! what should i do !!!!
