If you have an Esata external drive connected, try disconnecting it and rebooting. It is also possible your hard drive has failed. Or your motherboard.

Go into BIOS and load default settings.

If that doesn't work, check the date and time in BIOS. Is the time right?

How can i get into the bios? i cant get to the desk top. And my keyboard wont turn on..altho the key board works on other computers.

uUpdate: now my computer wont even turn on my monitor. The pc turned on the monitor once today and now i cant get the monitor to turn on. I hooked it up to another pc and the monitor turned on with no problem.

That symptom is caused by bad memory.
Remove all but one memory stick.
            Or, remove all memory and
insert one stick of spare memory.
