I was looking at my NAV Activity Report and find that under connections explanation says the following:

Details: Connection: (shows address) : https(shows a number).
    from (my machine).
    (number of) bytes sent.
    (number of) bytes received.
    elapsed time.

I've a Proxy, if that's relevant.  And scanning I found spyware.

What does it really mean?  Thanks.

There should be absolutely no spyware present on your system.

What exactly is your question? If you wish to know what the words bytes and https mean, you should make use of the http://www.computerhope.com search engine.
