Could be any number of factors!
Easiest way to tell which one is to start narrowing things down - put the CDs in another computer if you have access to one - if it works there it must be your computer.
If it doesn't work - then most likely the disc was faulty when burned (or possibly has degraded over time since then). Try several drives to be sure, assuming your data is valuable!
If the former is true (it's your computer, not the disc) then report back with your operating system, and something may be able to be done about it. It's most likely a case of then determining whether its a driver/Operating System problem, or a problem with your CyberDrv.
