Whenever I try to install software from a cd onto my Toshiba laptop I get a blue screen error. I have gone to computer, tools, properties, and checked the drive for errors and still get the blue screen. This has happened now with 2 different discs. I know the problem isn't with the discs. The operating system on the laptop is Windows 7. The message I get after windows recovers is:

Please understand that I am comfortable with computers but I am a user not an operator. Can you help me or do I need to take this computer back to Best Buy. It is only about 6 months old.
Thank you.
