Tried repair win xp with cd, I was in safemode. I tried to turn safemode off. PC stuck in safemode, Now get message windows cannot setup in safemode. Windows is restarting. How do I stop setup? How do I disable safemode so I can finish windows repair or how do I wipe out the hard disk and start over? Please I did all I know to do.

Provided that your windows system is installed at C:\Windows\ if you can still boot into Safe Mode do so, rename C:\Boot.ini to Boot.bak then reboot.  NTLDR should automatically boot from C:\Windows\ which is its default, after displaying the advisory message Invalid Boot.ini file Booting from C:\Windows\

If this is successful you may have to edit the Boot.bak file and save it as Boot.ini

Please post back with your results or if you need further assist.
