Chat Down?

  Is the Computer Hope  or Mibbit chat down? I'm trying to get on but cannot connect to any mibbit chat. I'm signed into mibbit and in the upper right corner it's showing IRC: 0 + 1. I've never seen that before.

it was indeed.

I disconnected at 03:52, just closed my client and tried again at 6 or so to find the channel empty.

Also, for some reason it is now connecting me via irc.uk.mibbit.net rather then irc.us.mibbit.net, so I think maybe one of their servers is or was down, or something (?).

yeah .. me too not able to get in via chat.mibbit.com nor via the computerhope.com chat link on this website it says "connection failed".

I second that. I still haven't been able to connect. And my IRC client is set to auto-reconnect continuously. I'll let y'all know when it connects.

I'm accessing CH chat from the http://www.mibbit.com page and it's working for me

Rhoda, this is an old post. You need to go to a category the pertains to your problem and start a new topic by clicking on "New Topic" in the upper right of the page.
Give you new topic a Subject that will let people know what your trouble is and then give more details in  the box below.
