We're good, but we're not mind readers. Please start by providing as much information as you can about your system and the specific issues and what led up to them.
For example, what is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?
What do you use as an email client? What happens when you try to send email? What OS are you using? etc.
