For no apparent reason, my cd and dvd drives have stoped reading disks. I have tried to reinstall, update the driver, checked for a virus. I'm stumped. My external drive tells me half the time that the drive can not be accessed but when I run diagntic tests on it it reports as workink properly. Any help?
